Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect the contact, agency, portal and message information you submit, together with campaign attribution and a non-reversible hash used to limit abusive submissions.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a product demonstration, understand demand and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell enquiry information.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow analytics cookies. Form values are never sent to analytics.
Storage and access
Demo requests are stored in Novoup’s application database and are available only to personnel responsible for sales and platform operations. SMTP delivery failures may be retried automatically.
Your choices
You may decline analytics and still use the complete site and demo form. Contact contact@novoup.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.
